The Ca'n Pinyol restaurant was founded in October 1999 serving international cuisine, but as time went by our specialty, which has partly brought us so much success, became "COD". We prepare our very own dishes of cod with 'sobrasada' and honey, and cod with crystallized apple cake, etc..
We have also taken part in the last three "Majorcan Cuisine Shows" preparing traditional Majorcan dishes such as: fried suckling lamb (Frito Mallorquin), Majorcan soup(Sopas Mallorquinas) and gammon with cabbage (Llom amb col).
